TEAM MANAGERS

The Team Manager is the backbone of the off-ice operations. This role helps keep the season running smoothly and makes things easier for the coaches and players.

What does the Team Manager do?

Here's are some examples of what's expected: 

  • Communication: Acting as the primary liaison between the coaches, parents, and the association. This involves sending out weekly emails/texts with practice/game schedules and updates.
  • Logistics: Helping with tournament registration, booking hotels for travel, and coordinating any team social events or activities.
  • Confirm and communicate game details (times, opponent, rink locations, and refs - if applicable). 


Volunteer Hours:

Team Managers get 20 volunteer hours for taking on this role at the travel level (U10 and above). U8 team reps receive 10 service hours.
