2026-2027 Coaching Application

Welcome to the SPAYHA 2026-2027 coaching application! Applications must be completed prior to tune-ups.

All on-ice coaches must register themselves with USA Hockey/pay $64 ($54 USA Hockey and $10 Affiliate WAHA fee).

Coaches may request reimbursement for the $64 USA Hockey Insurance fee, but must fill out a Reimbursement Form (found online under Coaching section), attach your USA confirmation page as receipt, and turn into office for approval no later than December 31, 2026.

Mandatory background checks through USA Hockey will need to be filled out every 2 years, along with a $30 background check fee. Coaches may also request reimbursement for the background check fee.
