2026 Lucky Puck

This is the form for the 2026 Lucky Puck registration for Blue/Intro levels on March 7, 2026. There is a maximum of 10 teams for Blue and 12 for Intro. The cost of the tournament is $5 per skater, which is can be paid before or on the day of the tournament.
